Muay Thai, also known as the "Art of Eight Limbs," engages both hands, feet, elbows, and knees, providing a comprehensive workout. In our classes, children will learn the fundamentals of striking, defensive maneuvers, and the importance of respect and sportsmanship. Muay Thai teaches combat skills that are good for self-defense along with positive holistic effects like respect, discipline, focus, and confidence. Open to ages 8 - 12.
Children may attend kids Muay Thai with a Kids All Access Membership, Punch Pass, or on a drop-in basis. Classes can be reserved up to two weeks in advance or as last minute as the same day, and children may start any time of the year. We train in bare feet and regular gym clothes—whatever your child is comfortable moving in. If possible, we recommend kids attending Muay Thai bring their own hand wraps, boxing gloves, and shin guards. If you do not currently have these, don’t worry—we have equipment for participants to use at the gym. Everything is fully sanitized between uses.
Find more info about our registration process, membership options, and equipment on our FAQ and Membership pages. Please contact us if you have any other questions; we’d love to hear from you.
